What machine control systems do you support?

We support Trimble, Topcon, and Leica machine control systems. Surface files are delivered in TTM, LandXML, DXF, or other formats based on your platform.

Can you support international projects?

Yes. LandTekk can support projects outside the United States and Canada on a case-by-case basis. Because engineering standards, coordinate systems, and machine control workflows vary by region, we'll review your project first and let you know if we're able to support it before providing a quote.

Do you provide revisions?

Revisions resulting from updated plan sets, design changes, or changes in project scope are quoted separately.

What file types do you need?

Machine control models require the most current civil plan set along with CAD and LandXML files to produce an accurate model.

For earthwork takeoffs, PDF plan sets are typically sufficient, although CAD and LandXML files are strongly encouraged whenever available because they improve accuracy and efficiency.

Do you support utility takeoffs?

Utility takeoffs are not currently offered. We focus on earthwork quantity takeoffs and 3D machine control modeling.

Completed deliverables are provided digitally. Machine control models are delivered in your requested machine control format, while earthwork takeoffs are delivered as professionally organized PDF reports and supporting files.
